Sizing - Women
** Our haramakis run small and are designed to be worn tightly. If you are in between sizes or prefer a less snug fit, we recommend sizing up!
**All of our haramaki belly bands can be worn for maternity wear as pregnancy bands. We recommend going one size up from your usual size; if you are a size M, you will require a L. Or, our Maternity Shop does the conversion for you.

Here are the basic guidelines for men's sizing. If you are in between sizes, we suggest you think about whether you would prefer to have a tighter, 'held in' fit, or a slightly more relaxed one. It's really up to personal preference.
